Enduring Power Of Attorney Notes

An Enduring Power Of Attorney (EPOA) allows you to nominate someone to make financial decisions on your behalf should you become mentally incapable of doing so yourself.

An EPOA can be used once you (the donor) are deemed to have lost the mental capacity to run your own affairs but at this point the document has to be registered at the Office of the Public Guardian.

This registration process is subject to a statutory £130 fee but it may be possible to apply to the Office of the Public Guardian for an exemption remission.

FIXED PRICE EPOA Services

The EPOA was replaced by the Lasting Power Of Attorney (LPA) in October 2007 but any EPOA documents set up correctly before this date still remain valid legal documents.

As part of our services, we ensure you have a a valid legal Enduring Power Of Attorney document and - for a FIXED PRICE - can also submit and register it with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Whatever your wishes, we will always help you cut through the jargon surrounding EPOA and will always provide you with a FREE no obligation written quote before any documents are drawn up.
